In-house courses
Financial Training Associates offers a mix of public courses and in-house courses. Public courses accept enrollments from general members of the public. However, if you have 4-5 staff who are interested in a course, in-house training will prove cost-effective for your company. In-house financial training company
Our company can tailor any training course to meet your in-house needs – we are happy to provide completely bespoke training solutions. Whether you require a single training course or a scheduled program of courses, we can provide you with a high quality, cost effective solution.
Understanding your in-house training course needs
Our first job is to understand, as well as we possibly can, your in-house training needs. Our role is to help develop comprehensive in-house training course programs for your staff, making sure they are equipped with the expertise they need for their work within your company.
Our in-house training consultants
Our own consultants are all very special individuals (at least, we like to think so). Our people:
- Are experts at making the very best match between your company’s in-house need and a trainer they know very well
- Have wise heads on (not so) young shoulders
- Are very efficient administrators
- Are straight forward and forthright, with the highest possible business principles
- Expect to be kept on a very short leash. Any program that didn’t work well would be a disaster for us too
- Read people really well. Our people are great at getting that subtle but essential match between client need and trainer capability
- Are easy to deal with. We like to think we’re a pleasure to work with, taking more care at every step. The customers coming back to us make us think that’s correct!
Our specialist in-house trainers
Once we have started to understand your requirements, we will recommend and introduce you to an experienced in-house trainer or trainers who might be able to help. Our company uses associate trainers. Our trainers’ work is continuously benchmarked with other clients on other courses. We don’t use full-time employed trainers, so we don’t have to worry about trainer utilisation targets, and we don’t feel obliged to promote our own employed/ generalist trainers for your course – that’s a very good thing. At all times we concentrate on finding the very best trainer for your specific program. Our trainers all have an industry reputation independent of their training work – most don’t ‘just’ do training. The trainers we use on our courses are instantly credible with their audiences – they’re real experts with a history of success training in-house groups like yours.
In-house training – what we do for you
We source the most able trainers who have a track record of running successful in-house courses at companies like yours. Our job is to:
- Work with you to tailor any trainer’s standard course to your needs
- Facilitate any course development work that goes with that
- Manage our side of course administration with absolute efficiency
- Monitor trainers’ performance very closely
- Work with you and our trainers to make course improvements.
As well as providing the most able trainers with a history of running successful courses at organisations like yours, we quality control your training programs, taking the headache out of providing great in-house training at your company.
In-house training: what next?
We’d love to have the opportunity to let our actions speak louder than our words:
- If we could introduce you to a trainer for a course you might want to run; and
- If the course looked good, and the trainer looked good, and
- If you agreed to try us on that small piece of initial business; and
- If that course ran well – then we would have just begun to prove ourselves to you.
