Global Client Services Director – Financial Training
We are looking for an exceptional self-starter to help shape and build a financial training business.
About you
You are already working as a UK-based sales director in financial services, preferably within the training industry. You already have a “black book” containing names and numbers of learning and development professionals in financial institutions across Europe and the World. You also have relationships with experienced trainers supplying into the industry. You understand the market for training.
Your qualities
You value the input of others but are an absolute self starter and are used to having to account principally just to yourself for what you do with your time. You are a people development person and like the idea of shaping and building a sales team and placing yourself right at the helm of a new business. You are comfortable working on your own with minimal direction, in an environment where opportunities and priorities are not always clear and have to be re-evaluated regularly.
Your experience
Your previous experience makes you confident about your chances of success. You see the sense in taking a bit more risk in return for a bigger slice of the action. That’s how confident and ambitious you are.
